The court of Extra Chief Metropolitan Officer Priyanka Rajpoot said there was sufficient fabric to outline charges against Brij Bhushan within the offenses of offending the humility of a lady and sexual badgering (segments 354 and 354A of the IPC) of five ladies. The court said that it found sufficient material against Brij Bhushan for the offenses under Section 506(1) (Criminal Intimidation) in the allegations of two victims – 1 and 5
